Role: PRN Registered Nurse in Adult Psych unit, providing compassionate behavioral health care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications.Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.Respond effectively to psychiatric crises in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.Educate patients and families about treatment and care.Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate documentation.Support group sessions and therapeutic activities while adhering to regulatory standards.
