Adult Protective Service Specialist
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove informational session details? That's application instructions? Probably considered application instructions; we should remove. Also remove contact information? Might be considered application instructions; but contact info for recruiter maybe not needed. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should drop the informational session, contact info, etc. Also drop "Initial Posting Date", "Application Deadline", "Agency Department", "Position Type", maybe those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with salary range etc. But Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does: Salary Range $4954.00-$7592.00 monthly. So we should include a Pay section with that. Schedule: Working Conditions includes standard hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, may vary, after hours, occasional travel, etc. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: they list benefits: ODHS Employee Resource Group communities, Cost of Living Adjustments, Annual salary increases, Amazing benefits package, Possible eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, Employment Preference Veterans’ And Oregon National Guard Preference. So we can include Benefits section. Responsibilities: we have Summary Of Duties and Major Duties Include. So we can combine into Responsibilities section with
- . Requirements: Minimum Qualifications and Essential Attributes maybe go under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably Qualifications for minimum qualifications, Skills for essential attributes. Or Requirements for both. We'll follow: Qualifications for minimum qualifications, Skills for essential attributes. Also maybe Requirements for things like driver's license etc. But we can put driver's license under Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete content. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, attributes, working conditions, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same bullet. Let's extract content. Job Description paragraph: "The Oregon Department of Human Services is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. "Opportunity awaits! We are hiring Multiple Adult Protective Service Specialists! Step into a role where compassion meets action—become an Adult Protective Service Specialist and help safeguard the well-being of those who need it most." That's promotional but maybe part of About the role. Could be included as About the role paragraph. "Please visit our Equal Pay Analysis page..." that's link; maybe remove as boilerplate? It's not EEO but maybe still informational; but it's about equal pay analysis; could be considered part of Benefits? Probably remove as it's a link. "We invite you to join us for an informational session..." remove as application instructions. "Summary Of Duties" paragraph: "As an Adult Protective Specialist, you will have the responsibility to provide protective services to older adults and to adults with physical disabilities whose situation is within Aging and People with Disabilities’ jurisdiction to investigate. This person is responsible for conducting intakes of abuse as indicated by Oregon Administrative Rule, 411-020; completing investigations and reports, conducting risk management; providing prevention, protection, and intervention for older adults and adults with physical disabilities who are unable to protect themselves from abuse and self-neglect." We might also include a short paragraph about the role (About the role) from the promotional text: "Opportunity awaits! We are hiring Multiple Adult Protective Service Specialists! Step into a role where compassion meets action—become an Adult Protective Service Specialist and help safeguard the well-being of those who need it most." That's substantive; we can put under About the role.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat the job title.
Now produce HTML fragment with
headings for each section we include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements? Actually we have Qualifications and Skills. We'll use Qualifications for minimum qualifications, Skills for essential attributes. Also maybe Requirements for things like driver's license? But driver's license is part of qualifications. So we can keep Qualifications. Schedule and Benefits and Pay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule, Benefits, Pay. Check if any section empty: all have content. Now produce HTML:
About the role
Opportunity awaits! We are hiring Multiple Adult Protective Service Specialists! Step into a role where compassion meets action—become an Adult Protective Service Specialist and help safeguard the well-being of those who need it most.
Responsibilities
- As an Adult Protective Specialist, you will have the responsibility to provide protective services to older adults and to adults with physical disabilities whose situation is within Aging and People with Disabilities’ jurisdiction to investigate. This person is responsible for conducting intakes of abuse as indicated by Oregon Administrative Rule, 411-020; completing investigations and reports, conducting risk management; providing prevention, protection, and intervention for older adults and adults with physical disabilities who are unable to protect themselves from abuse and self-neglect.
- Conduct screening interviews by phone or in-person with victims and community members reporting abuse or self-neglect of an older adult or adult with physical disabilities. ... etc. But note the first bullet includes the summary; we could keep it separate or combine. It's okay. We must ensure no duplicate content: the summary sentence is also part of responsibilities; we included it as first li. That's fine. Now list all duties li. Now
