Adult Physical Therapist, Days

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments.
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings.
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers.
• Manage patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations.
• Act in a clinical leadership role.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
• Required: Physical Therapist (IN) license
• Desired: One year physical therapy in a clinical setting
