About the Role
As a Therapist with our Adult Services team, you will provide counseling to the adult population. You will also be responsible for treatment planning and review for/with clients. In this role, you may work in individual settings or with groups, always striving to make an important difference in our community. This is a hybrid position offering schedule flexibility and work-from-home options.
Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments, appropriate triage, and referrals
- Provide treatment planning and review for/with clients annually
- Provide a full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, case management, and crisis stabilization for an established caseload
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in medical records in accordance with standards set by the State of NH, HIPAA, and Agency Quality Assurance Program
- Maintain and provide a consistent schedule, with both in-home and remote days, per management discretion, that enhances the department’s ability to respond to clients’ needs
- Check client insurance information
- Attend meetings, trainings, and events as assigned
- Perform tasks, projects, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Licensed in New Hampshire to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic services
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of these duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
- Must possess computer skills necessary to perform duties of this position
- Valid driver’s license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation are required
