About the role

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking Full-time or Part-time Psychiatrists to join their Adult Outpatient Psychiatry service. CHA is a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system with three Hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team serving the local community and providing high quality care to underserved and diverse patient population
  • Contribute to the department by teaching and supervising residents and other trainees
  • May have the opportunity to participate in existing departmental research programs

Requirements

  • BE or BC in Psychiatry
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Commitment to public health populations

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts
  • Experience in adult psychiatry preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay

The full time guaranteed base salary range is $234,000-$259,000 based on years of experience.

Schedule

This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
