Schedule Designed for Longevity

- 0.8–1.0 FTE available (28–35 hours/week) - Typical day: 12–14 patients - Flexible templates with 30–60 minute visits - Physician input into scheduling to support your personal practice style - Time to think, document, and truly connect with patients

Compensation & Partnership

- Compensation is a production model that rewards efficiency while preserving flexibility - New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $337,000 and $374,000 with upside earning potential - Up to $100,000 retention bonus - Partnership opportunity after 2 years
