Adult IOP Therapist – Evening

Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA

About the role

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Lansdale, PA. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by facilitating group therapy, providing individual support, and helping adults develop the skills needed to achieve lasting recovery and emotional wellness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions within the Adult Mental Health IOP
• Provide individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Support program development and perform additional clinical responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
• Completion of a clinical internship or practicum

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or other outpatient behavioral health setting (preferred)
• Experience working with adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders (preferred)

• Strong group facilitation and therapeutic engagement skills

• Ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: Flexible daytime schedule

Pay

Salary: $53,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
