About the role
At Winds of Change Mental Health Center, our Group Home Staff work three 12-hour shifts each week (36 hours), giving you four days off every week. Now Offering a $1,000 Hiring Bonus $250 after 3 months$250 after 6 months$250 after 9 months$250 after 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Support residents in building independence
- Provide compassionate care in a safe, welcoming environment
- Encourage and motivate residents

- No prior experience required
