Adult Education - HVAC Instructor

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• 8 or more years of experience in the HVAC field
• High school/GED diploma (associate's degree preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach foundational skills and prepare HVAC students for entry level positions
• Plan and implement instruction, tests, and design tasks
• Track and monitor student learning and attendance in the course including test and skills assessments
• Work with the Career Counselors to ensure adult students are prepared for career entry, not only in job skills, but with the soft skills that are needed to be successful in a position

SALARY

• $35- $40 per hour (depending on experience)
