About the role
This is a part-time position, working 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include overseeing the daily operations of the district's adult education program, ensuring high-quality services for adult learners. This will involve coordinating various aspects of the program, including:
- Student enrollment
- Assessment
- Instruction
- Data management
- Testing services
- Community partnerships
The role will also involve providing direct instruction in GED preparation and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, supporting adult learners in achieving their goals, including English language acquisition, high school completion, workforce readiness, and postsecondary transition.
