Adult Day Training Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ADT program.
• Supervise, coach, and support ADT staff.
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, case managers, and other team members.
• Support person-centered planning and participant goal achievement.
• Maintain program quality and promote a positive, inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services, human services, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
• Able to meet all required background screening and training requirements.
