Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Casual Adult Day Program Assistant to join our team in Bloomington, MN. This role is responsible to encourage socialization and assists in planning and implementation of active programming needs of individual senior day care participants and groups and assist with personal care duties. Responsible for ongoing charting and case management.

This Position Encourages Socialization

This position encourages socialization and assists in planning and implementation of programming needs of individual participants and groups and assist with personal care duties. Responsible for ongoing charting and case management.

Required Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience
• No formal education required
• Windows/Microsoft experience working with seniors preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 1 year of experience

Compensation

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
