Nanny needed for adult with developmental disorder. Must have experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with special needs. Provide compassionate care, ensuring well-being and safety. Assist with daily activities and personal care. Help promote independence, social skills, and engagement in community. Encourage participation in therapeutic exercises and programs. Maintain open communication with family and healthcare providers. Flexibility required to adapt to individual's changing needs. High level of patience, empathy, and understanding essential. Must be reliable and demonstrate professionalism. Valid driver's license preferred. CPR and First Aid certification a plus. Previous experience with developmental disorders preferred.
