ADR Machine Operator
About The Role
The ADR Machine Operator B3C is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of sorting and defect removal equipment within the production line. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards by optimizing equipment performance and monitoring production flow to meet or exceed defect and sizing specifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate production defect control and sorting equipment
- Adjust machinery as needed to accommodate product cut changes
- Perform cleanup activities for equipment and surrounding work areas
- Train and oversee cleanup personnel, including general and weekend teams as directed by Production Supervisor
- Collect product samples and inspect for quality and machine efficiency
- Monitor line flow volumes and ensure proper sizing of production output
- Accurately input data into computer tracking systems
- Complete all required production records and reports
- Support continuous improvement in quality and performance standards
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Ability to operate and adjust industrial production equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality standards
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and operational procedures consistently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to train and guide other team members as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and working in production conditions
About The Team
You’ll be part of the production team at our Burley, Idaho facility, a large-scale food manufacturing site with approximately 700 employees. This location specializes in the production of frozen potato products and plays a key role in McCain’s North American operations. The ADR Operator works closely with Production Supervisors and team members across shifts to ensure efficient, high-quality output.

Compensation Package
- Starting at 22.79 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
