About the role

The Adorn Bar & Restaurant Server is an essential member of the Adorn team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

As one of the primary contacts for guests dining in the restaurant, the server is responsible for serving food and beverage. Duties include greeting and welcoming guests, suggestive selling, describing dishes, recommending beverage pairings, anticipating guests’ needs, and monitoring overall guest satisfaction. Servers must maintain a clean work environment and set up the following team for success. Servers must have a thorough knowledge of all menu items and be able to operate effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
• Passion for luxury hospitality
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous work experience in a free-standing restaurant/bar strongly preferred
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Pay

$12.35–$13.85 per hour

Part-time. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
