Now celebrating 10 years of growth in 2025, Northpoint is a leading behavioral healthcare provider offering evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders through the Northpoint Recovery brand, and mental health treatment for adolescents through Imagine by Northpoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care
• Provide orientation and education to clients, families and others to aid in the therapeutic process
• Collaborate with assigned clients in the development of written treatment plans; include client and family involvement in assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times
• Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility
• Provide clinical updates to utilization review and representatives of managed care to best coordinate reimbursement of treatment services
• Coordinate with community based providers and referral sources to ensure optimal levels of care and treatment outcomes, post discharge
• Case staffing and individual case supervision
• Facilitate individual and group therapy
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Services, or another relevant field
• Must hold an active mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
• Maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire and for the entire duration of employment
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field
• Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating adolescent clients assigned
• Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
• Understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board

Pay

$34 USD - $45 USD

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm
