About the Role
Join the Division of Adolescent Medicine, which includes an adolescent medicine physician and a strong multidisciplinary team with therapists, dieticians, and excellent subspecialty support. This position is primarily outpatient with some inpatient consultations at Baystate Children’s Hospital, located 2 miles away.
Baystate Children’s Hospital is a 107-bed facility providing complete critical care programs, including the region’s only PICU and Level III NICU, pediatric inpatient services, and a designated pediatric ED. The Baystate Children’s Specialty Center houses 15 pediatric specialty services under one roof, focusing on care coordination, comfort, and convenience for children and families.
Focus areas include eating disorders, reproductive health, mental health, and primary care (if desired or in demand). Interest in program development is highly desirable. The role also involves serving as a clinical educator for pediatric residents and medical students, with a faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Adolescent Medicine (ABP)

Pay
Base salary range of $190,100–$276,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level, and qualifications) with annual incentive bonus opportunities.
