Adobe Workfront BA with PM opportunity

Job Description

Adobe Workfront BA (70%) with PM (30%)

• Defines goals, scope & delivery roadmap aligning with program vision.
• Manages timelines, milestones & KPIs.
• Facilitates communication & resolves blockers across stakeholders.
• Identifies risks early & develops mitigation strategies.
• Run discovery sessions with stakeholders (marketing, PMO, ops, etc.)
• Document current-state workflows ("how work happens today")
• Identify pain points, gaps, and inefficiencies
• Define future-state processes aligned to Workfront capabilities
• Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
• Define how projects, tasks, approvals, and requests should flow
• Standardize intake processes and project structures
• Ensure consistency across teams (huge in Workfront rollouts)
• Create user guides, SOPs, and process documentation
• Support training sessions for end users
• Help drive adoption by making things clear and usable

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $96,366 to $150,000
