Adobe Transformation – Senior Manager

In this role within the Marketing Technology Team, you will lead large-scale marketing technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize how they connect with their customers through data, technology, and experience.
As a Senior Manager, you will drive results by overseeing the design and architecture of marketing ecosystems, while leveraging your influence to guide conversations that span data models, APIs, and cloud architecture. You will apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and direct teams through complexity. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale marketing technology transformation projects
- Guide the design and architecture of integrated marketing ecosystems
- Leverage knowledge to facilitate discussions on data models and APIs
- Drive results by modernizing client connections through technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
- Analyze and refine marketing strategies based on performance data
- Maintain clear communication of project goals and outcomes
- Mentor team members to build skills and foster professional growth
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements
- Lead the definition and execution of enterprise marketing technology strategies and roadmaps, aligning marketing, IT, and data functions around a unified digital vision
- Build executive-level relationships and provide counsel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Marketing (preferred)
- Experience developing and managing large martech transformation programs
- Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks
- Understanding of Adobe ecosystem integration with enterprise CRM
- Consulting experience with cross-industry clients
- Experience working with senior marketing and technology leaders
- Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints
- Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, AEM Assets, and/or Workfront
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions that support efficiency, innovation, process design, and technology strategy for large organizations

Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
