About the role

The Delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Responsibilities include reviewing and developing architectural plans, leading diverse delivery teams, and aligning with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into technical solutions that align all delivery team activities to documented customer business objectives.
• Produce project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation, and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements.
• Quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
• Adjust communications as needed for technical, marketing, and/or C-suite audiences.

Requirements

• Experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect and/or Principal Consultant.
• 4+ years' hands-on experience architecting and/or implementing three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
  • Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo Engage
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder
  • Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution that integrated with AEM
  • Adobe Target or Recommendations
  • Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
  • Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
  • GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (< 3 years)
• Demonstrable hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the United States and occasionally internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, or MBA, or equivalent experience.

Skills

• One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront).
• Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Ad Tech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management or automation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
• Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
• Proficiency in employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows or hands-on experience with building AI agents.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 USD - $230,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
