- 4–6 years of specialized experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- 6+ years of overall application-development experience
Responsibilities
- Design and build customer journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Provide platform support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with other Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Optimize workflows and enable scalable, insight-driven omnichannel customer engagement
