Opportunities are available at ADNOC Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Sour Gas, ADNOC Drilling and ADNOC Logistics & Services for both experienced professionals and UAE nationals seeking to begin their careers through graduate trainee programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Specialist, Drilling (Cementing II) – Manage drilling-related activities and support specialised operations, including lump-sum turnkey campaign scopes of work and unconventional drilling/testing activities such as UBD, MLT and multi-stage fracturing.
  • Group Strategic Investments Manager – Lead execution of strategic investment workstreams including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, equity and debt capital market transactions, and capital structure optimisation.
  • Senior Accountant – Perform accounting duties and supervisory functions related to verification, processing and control of accounting records across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial records.
  • Counsellor – Support trainees’ emotional, academic and social well-being through individual and group counselling, life-skills sessions, and performance and well-being monitoring.
  • Specialist, Verifier & Training – Provide independent quality assurance of assessment decisions for programmes within the ATA programme in accordance with internal quality assurance procedures and standards.
  • Advisor, Reservoir Geology (Geomodeling) – Provide professional advice and support related to reservoir geology and geomodelling for gas assets.
  • Senior Auditor, IT (Digital Infrastructure) – Carry out audit engagements from planning through completion, applying risk and control concepts to business and technology scenarios.
  • Engineer, Operations Planning (SITE) – Prepare overall maintenance and shutdown plans and monitor tools to ensure smooth execution of maintenance schemes, shutdowns and related activities.
  • Specialist, Drilling Engineering (Fluids) – Provide technical expertise in drilling operations, drilling fluids and related oil and gas activities.
  • Specialist, Digital Channels & Communities – Support digital communications, online channels and community engagement initiatives within ADNOC Logistics & Services.
  • Officer, Fire Training – Respond to fire, hydrocarbon and toxic gas release incidents, rescue situations and fire-loss-control requirements across offshore island operations on a 24-hour basis, with a focus on preventing and minimising loss of life and property.

Requirements

  • Technology graduates for Graduate Trainee – Technology (UAE Nationals).
  • Graduates from business, arts and law-related academic backgrounds for Graduate Trainee – Business, Arts & Law (UAE Nationals).
  • Relevant professional experience and technical qualifications for specialist, advisor, engineer, auditor, accountant, technician and management positions.
  • Appropriate counselling, psychology, student-support or related professional backgrounds for the Counsellor role.
  • Experience in information technology auditing, risk and controls for Senior Auditor, IT roles.
  • Engineering qualifications and experience in plant or oil and gas operations for Engineer, Plant Operations.
  • Professional experience in fire safety and emergency response for Officer, Fire Training.
  • Backgrounds in portfolio management, asset performance, operations planning, strategy or energy-sector business management for Advisor, Portfolio Performance Management.
