Job Description
Munson Medical Center is seeking to pre-hire the finest nursing school graduates! Upon committing to the Early Hire program at Munson Medical Center you will receive $13,500, before you even begin your practice! Once you graduate you may choose to practice immediately as a graduate nurse and once you have passed your boards, you will receive an additional $4,500.
Requirements
- All nursing students who will be graduating in 2025 and 2028 are eligible to apply for the program.
- Applications will be screened and interviews offered to selected students.
- Once selected for a position, you will receive an offer and an agreement, specifying a two-year work commitment.
- Awards are made after acceptance and signing of the agreement.
- Use of the funds is at the discretion of the student and no accounting for use is required.
- Award recipients are placed into full time positions with full employee benefits.
- These positions begin after graduation.
- All early-hire nurses will be part of our Nursing Residency Program

Additional Information
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
