Admissions Team Member: Front Gate, Tolls & Parking

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in purchasing parking, one day tickets, or season passes.
• Validate tickets presented by Guests at the Front Gate and Toll Plaza.
• Process Season Passes.
• Handle first line Guest concerns for tickets that do not validate as expected.
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the park.
• Sell, upgrade, and scan parking tickets.
• Direct traffic to where Guests need to go.
• Sell and upgrade tickets and passes.
• Scan passes and tickets.
• Check tickets and passes for accuracy.
• Distribute promotional flyers.
• Aid guests with questions about the park.
• Upsell passes and certain rides/areas throughout the park.
• Instruct guests on how to use the park’s specific App on their mobile devices.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 14 years or older (subject to change at any time).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
