Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students
- Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in the Campus catalog
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactions
- Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress
- Utilize only authorized marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, correspondence) in accordance with ethical recruitment standards
- Navigate and utilize admissions systems to support the enrollment process
- Conduct engaging campus tours and informational sessions
- Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process and addressing concerns
- Meet or exceed campus leadership criteria for admissions activity, start expectations, cancellation, retention, graduation rates, and student referrals
- Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation
- Comply with all federal, state, and institutional policies regarding admissions and recruitment
- Attend orientations, graduations, and regular admissions meetings
- Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Five years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum five years of experience as an Admissions Representative (preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred)
- For online roles: Minimum of three years of online higher education experience (preferred)

Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment at assigned company locations. Employees must be able to safely ambulate on company premises. This position may be remote, hybrid, on-campus, or on-site based on business needs. Employees must follow all safety precautions, including the use of personal-protective equipment and site-specific procedures. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with varying conditions. No travel is required.
