Job responsibilities

  • Build relationships by taking inquiry calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Initiate unsolicited leads and participate in organized phone-a-thons.
  • Return web inquiries and calls promptly, providing accurate information about programs, entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
  • Conduct student interviews, ensuring all reference to financial aid complies with company policy and utilizing only approved materials.
  • Mentor and advise students to help them identify their unique skills and interests, addressing easily resolved inquiries and referring more difficult issues to a more experienced staff member.
  • Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity, completing daily activity reports and ensuring all pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
