Admissions Representative

About the role

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking an Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a passion for education, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and meetings
• Absorb each prospective student’s goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit
• Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
• Meet and exceed enrollment KPIs including outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion rates, application completion rates, and closing ratios
• Follow up with prospective students to maintain momentum and resolve enrollment barriers
• Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community recruitment events

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Strong track record in admissions or similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Schedule

• Tuesday - Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM
