Responsibilities
- Career Services
- Coordinate the operational workflow of admissions applications to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain duplicate record identification and resolution to maintain accurate student records in the Student Information System.
- Manage applicant record management and data integrity, reviewing applicant records to ensure accuracy and completeness within admissions systems.
- Exercise independent judgment in resolving complex applicant record or application processing issues in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Support the development and maintenance of procedures related to admissions data integrity and fraud prevention.
- Utilize the College’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Student Information System (SIS) to track, update, and manage applicant data.
- Monitor application pipeline activity, including application volume, completion trends, and processing timelines.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures related to application processing workflows.
- Collaborate with Admissions staff to ensure applications and applicant records are complete, accurate, and ready for review.
- Work closely with Admissions Counselors to resolve application processing issues and maintain workflow continuity.
- Support operational reporting related to admissions activity and application processing metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, higher education administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in admissions operations, enrollment services, records management, or a comparable administrative environment.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, student information systems, or comparable databases.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a higher education admissions or enrollment management environment.
- Experience with operational reporting or data analysis related to enrollment or admissions activity.
- Familiarity with admissions application processing systems and identity verification processes.
Skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
