Responsibilities
- Coordinates hospital activities concerned with admissions and registration
- Supervises Inpatient Admissions Coordinator(s)
- Works closely with Clinical and Physician Navigators to direct physician referrals and conversions and resolve customer service concerns
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- High school diploma and three years transferable experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare admissions/ registration setting; some supervisory experience preferred
