Qualifications
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities required
- 3+ years in long-term care or similar field; admissions/marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data, work flexible hours, and travel as needed
- Strong Christian commitment, ethical standards, and sensitivity to residents and families
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions strategy and census goals with leadership
- Manage the full admissions process: tours, applications, interviews, decisions, and admission coordination
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience
- Build and maintain referral relationships; attend trade shows and outreach events
- Track admissions data using CRM tools and prepare required reports
- Collaborate on marketing and census-driving initiatives

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.
Pay
$60,500.00 - $88,000.00 per year
