Admissions Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person visits to evaluate potential referrals as needed.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents or their relatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner.
• Work directly with other department supervisors in completing responsibilities for admissions of new residents.
• Coordinate the pre-admission procedures, hand-outs, and required paperwork.
• Provide education to residents or their relatives regarding the services available at the facility and the resources that are provided to residents based on individual resident's needs.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
• OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Preferences

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
• Health Care Certification preferred.

Pay

$73,489.42 - $99,426.54 per year
