About the role
Admissions & Resident Onboarding: Evaluates prospective referrals through in-person visits and facility tours while managing pre-admission paperwork, cross-departmental coordination, and seamless move-in procedures.
Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong referral source networks to ensure steady, efficient resident admissions and timely information gathering.
Family & Resident Education: Educates prospective residents and families on available facility services and tailored resources to match individual care needs.

Requirements
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- Experience: Prefer 2+ years of health care marketing, business development, admissions, or clinical liaison experience. Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, or referral partners preferred. Clinical background (RN, LPN, PTA/PT, OT/COTA, RT, Social Work, or similar health care experience) preferred.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

$73,489.42 - $99,426.54 per year
