Admissions Liaison-Marketing and Business Development Professional
The W Group, the largest provider of senior living and adult care in New York State, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer with strong sales and business development skills. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of seniors and confident in their knowledge of DOH regulations and Assisted Living Facility admissions procedures.
About the role
The Admissions Liaison is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan to support the strategic census and growth objectives of the Assisted Living Facility. This role requires strong referral source relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building community partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional looking for growth within an industry-leading senior living organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community organizations
- Conduct facility tours and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Build and execute outreach strategies to support census growth
- Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
- Track leads, referrals, and conversion metrics to inform marketing strategy
- Collaborate with facility leadership to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals
Requirements
- Minimum two years of marketing or admissions experience within the Assisted Living or senior care industry
- Proven census-building track record
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and Social Security benefits
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, clients, families, and medical and community affiliates
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based outreach
