About the role
Supports the Area Marketing Team and works from the Regional Business Office at 16680 Balance Cove Dr, Land O Lakes, FL 34638.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a streamlined admission process
- Handle referrals and validate information
- Facilitate scheduling and admission for inpatients and outpatients
- Preform pre-certifications
- Assemble Admissions consent packets
- Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital
- Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission
- Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems
Qualifications
- Licence as a clinician preferred
- Current State Professional License preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- CRRN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with hospital admissions procedures and regulatory guidelines for admission to a hospital preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary process and levels of care, preferred
