About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
