About the role
The Enrollment, Admissions & Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the school's mission and achieving its enrollment goals. Reporting to the Director of Advancement and the Principal, this position is responsible for implementing a comprehensive admissions strategy, creating and managing marketing materials, and building relationships with prospective families.
Responsibilities
- Complies with policies and procedures established by the Diocese of Savannah
- Reflects in personal and professional life a commitment to Gospel values and their Christian tradition
- Evaluates enrollment trends and establishes annual goals
- Develops and implements a strategic plan for admissions, including marketing and advertising strategies
- Creates and manages digital and print marketing and admissions materials
- Plans and conducts prospective parent programs and events
- Guides families through the enrollment process using FACTS SIS and Enrollment
- Maintains accurate admissions records and inquiry pipeline
- Coordinates admissions events and new student onboarding and orientation
- Maintains a consistent social media presence showcasing school life
- Builds relationships with parish communities, preschools, realtors, local businesses, and civic organizations
- Represents the school at community events, parish events, and local organizations
- Manages the school's website admissions content
- Develops targeted campaigns for preschool, elementary, and middle school recruitment
- Monitors and analyzes admissions pipeline metrics, including inquiry sources, tour conversions, applications, enrollment, and retention
- Maintains an accurate admissions dashboard and provides monthly enrollment reports with trends and recommendations to the Principal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, or advancement preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and timely
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, donors, and the public
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a customer service and marketing orientation who is accessible, approachable, and has a good sense of humor
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in field-related software and programs (i.e., Microsoft applications, Google, FACTS, etc.) preferred
