Responsibilities

  • Serves as support for the admissions office.
  • Manages referral, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions processes.
  • Serves as a backup to the Admissions Manager.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Business or Technical School is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the process of insurance verification is required.
  • At least one (1) year experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function is required.
