Admissions Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD
About the role
As the primary contact for families evaluating where to begin their child's education, you will shape the first impression of Alpha. The messages you craft, the events you run, and the interactions you facilitate will determine whether a family moves forward. This role suits someone who prioritizes accuracy, timely response, and authentic relationship-building, knowing that confidence is earned through careful execution.
Alpha is constructing a uniquely ambitious educational model. Our schools integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Admissions serves as the gateway to this vision. Families arrive seeking more than facts—they want assurance, transparency, and proof that Alpha delivers something distinct and valuable.
You will oversee the complete journey for prospective families, beginning with their initial contact. Your responsibilities include prompt and considered replies, coordination of campus visits and student shadow experiences, diligent applicant record maintenance, and guidance for parents evaluating whether Alpha matches their aspirations. This is a public-facing, relationship-centered position where your work directly influences enrollment outcomes. Expect a dynamic, on-campus environment in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA suited to someone capable of balancing competing demands with precision and attentiveness.
