About the Role

As an Admissions Associate, you will serve as the primary contact for families evaluating where to begin their child's education. Each email you compose, event you arrange, and discussion you facilitate will directly influence whether a family selects Alpha. This position suits someone who prioritizes accuracy, timely responses, and authentic interpersonal engagement, recognizing that confidence is earned through careful execution.

Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school frameworks worldwide. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and personnel. Admissions represents the gateway where this vision materializes. Families seek more than data—they want transparency, assurance, and proof that Alpha differentiates itself in substantive ways.

You will oversee the complete journey for prospective families beginning with their initial contact. Your responsibilities include replying promptly and with care, scheduling campus visits and shadow experiences, keeping applicant information current and precise, and helping parents understand how Alpha functions and whether it matches their objectives. This is a public-facing, relationship-centered role where you directly affect enrollment outcomes.

This is an active, in-person position based at our Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA campuses, designed for someone capable of balancing several priorities with precision and attention.
