Admissions Assistant Director (Hialeah Campus)

About the role

The Admissions Assistant Director (AAD) is responsible for meeting individual enrollment goals and supporting campus enrollment performance. The role works in close partnership with the Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Admissions to drive new student and re-entry enrollment by improving execution, quality, compliance, and consistency across admissions operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through strong personal enrollment production and serve as a coaching resource for the admissions team.
• Conduct call and interview quality observations, reviews performance metrics, provides systems support, and delivers ongoing coaching and training to address performance gaps and strengthen execution.
• Identify opportunities for improvement at the individual and team level and collaborate with campus leadership to execute improvement plans through coaching and skill development.

Qualifications

• An associate's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in post-secondary admissions operations, enrollment management, CRM/SIS platforms, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated success as a high-performing individual contributor meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and interpret BI tools data/dashboards.
• Solid understanding of admissions systems, workflows, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends.

Pay

Performance in this role is evaluated based on 70% as an individual contributor and 30% leadership/coaching.

Schedule

This role requires availability to work extended hours and weekends.
