About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides support to managers, coworkers, and office visitors by performing administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive, and maintaining compliance with all established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- AA degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or comparable degree preferred
- High school diploma and the equivalent in job training and experience
- Experience in data management and computer applications preferred

About the organization
Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. We provide transformational learning programs within a childcare setting, offering free Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 11 counties. AEL implements an educational curriculum starting as early as six weeks old and provides a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment.
