Responsibilities
- Coordinate panel interviews, debriefs, and recruiting logistics across time zones.
- Manage recruiting calendars and shared inboxes.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and track completion of onboarding activities.
- Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Support the planning and hosting of TPD team events (to include booking rooms or venues, organizing catering, and planning activities).
- Support the planning and execution of Orientation, an in-person event hosted three times a year.
- Facilitate all aspects of candidate in-office interviews, including travel arrangements, day-of logistics, and hosting office tours.
- Support the Chief People Officer’s Executive Assistant for GPS divisional event logistics as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- At least one year of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Superior ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines with excellence
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional ability in written and oral communications
- Demonstrated ability to earn and maintain trust with regard to confidential and sensitive information
