Responsibilities

  • Coordinate panel interviews, debriefs, and recruiting logistics across time zones.
  • Manage recruiting calendars and shared inboxes.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and track completion of onboarding activities.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Support the planning and hosting of TPD team events (to include booking rooms or venues, organizing catering, and planning activities).
  • Support the planning and execution of Orientation, an in-person event hosted three times a year.
  • Facilitate all aspects of candidate in-office interviews, including travel arrangements, day-of logistics, and hosting office tours.
  • Support the Chief People Officer’s Executive Assistant for GPS divisional event logistics as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • At least one year of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Superior ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines with excellence
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability in written and oral communications
  • Demonstrated ability to earn and maintain trust with regard to confidential and sensitive information
