Summary Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Associates - Nursing Or - Diploma - Nursing Preferred Bachelors - NursingRN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)BLS (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Cardiovascular)Preferred PALS (Pediatric)5 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's ServicesNursing Leadership experience Facility BayCare Health System, Admin Hospital -WHWH Location: Winter Haven Status: PRN, Exempt: No Shift Hours: varies 0645-1915 and 1845-0715 Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
