Administrator On Duty - PRN

Summary

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates - Nursing or Diploma - Nursing (required)
• Bachelors - Nursing (preferred)
• RN (Registered Nurse) or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular)
• PALS (Pediatric) - preferred
• 5 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's Services
• Nursing Leadership experience
