About the Role

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator leads all aspects of clinical, operational, and financial performance for the center. This role ensures high-quality patient care, drives operational excellence, fosters strong physician and team relationships, and maintains regulatory compliance. The Administrator will mentor and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic initiatives to achieve best-in-class results.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a zero-patient-harm culture and excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical and business teams.
  • Manage P&L, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians and governing bodies to implement best practices.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the health professions (e.g., Nursing), business administration, public administration, or another suitable field preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management required.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $81,120.00 to $117,478.00 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Schedule

Part-time, less than 60 hours per week. Shift: Days.
