About the role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable Real Estate Administrator to support our agents. This person will track agent production, training progress, account balances, property-related activities, and open-house coverage.

Responsibilities

• Track agent production, performance, and activity.
• Monitor new-agent onboarding and training completion.
• Follow up with agents who have incomplete or overdue training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of agent account balances and communicate professionally with agents regarding outstanding amounts owed.
• Coincide and track new-agent shadowing opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with agents, managers, and other team members.
• Maintain and distribute a current list of properties requiring open-house hosts.
• Encourage new agents to gain experience by hosting open houses.
• Confirm that open houses have assigned hosts and follow up when coverage is still needed.
• Help ensure Realtors meet company expectations for holding and hosting open houses.
• Update spreadsheets, reports, calendars, and internal tracking systems.
• Send reminders and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Identify missing information, delays, or incomplete tasks.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

Requirements

• Previous administrative, office coordination, or real estate experience is preferred.
• Comfortable making follow-up calls, sending reminders, and holding team members accountable.
• Proficiency with email, calendars, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
• Able to learn real estate systems and company processes quickly.
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, positive, and solutions-oriented.
