About the role
As an Administrator, you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Emmetsburg Care Center by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
- Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Set and attain facility wide goals.
- Creative problem solving.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
- Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but not required.
