Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking an experienced and visionary Administrator to lead Hillcrest Home Care, our Medicare-certified home health agency serving eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, located in Bellevue, NE. The Administrator will have the autonomy and support to drive operational performance, strengthen referral relationships, develop leaders, improve outcomes, and expand access to high-quality home-based care throughout the region. Hillcrest Home Care serves customers across multiple counties in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa through a dedicated team of clinicians, therapists, and support professionals. The Administrator oversees all operational, clinical, financial, compliance, and growth functions for the Omaha market. Responsibilities
As the Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, direction, compliance, financial performance, clinical outcomes, and daily operations of Hillcrest Home Care. This role is ideal for a proven home health leader who understands Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, regulatory expectations, team engagement, and the importance of delivering exceptional customer-centered care.
