About the role
Execute company procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and system controls as they relate to district standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Work with payroll and managers to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Complete required documentation for prevailing wage compliance.
- Coordinate District Fleet and Mobility devices with the national Fleet and Mobility team.
- Ensure safety policies are adhered to at the district level in collaboration with the national EH&S Team.
- Provide backup support for administrative roles within the district, including scheduling and reception.
- Support all district team members to ensure speedy and accurate completion of assignments.
- Work with corporations and provide necessary documentation as requested.
- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information; obtain further information for incomplete documents before submission.
- Order material and equipment.
- Complete daily reports as requested.
- Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Complete other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and instructions in English.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English.
- Proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
- Minimum of three years of applicable, hands-on experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties within a sales or service industry.
- Working knowledge of computer-based ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good decision-making skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to use discretion and escalate matters when needed.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Dispatching and scheduling experience.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit and twist; use hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull, or feel; speak and hear.
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Pay
The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $24.00 - $37.00 per hour, based on tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
