About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Support in our Edinburgh city centre office. This is a full-time permanent contract with a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Support the Tenancy Service team with administration tasks
- Process tenant and landlord termination notices
- Manage virtual tour system
- Take holding deposit card payments over the phone
- Erect and remove ‘To Let’ boards
- Source data from online systems including lease agreements and inventories
- Draft tenancy letters
- Draw up pet addendums
- Answer phone calls and deal with email enquiries
- Gather documentation
- Audit systems
- Create tenancies on our centralised system
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
Requirements
- Passionate about customer service and driven to deliver the best outcome for the customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication in keeping with the professional image of the business
- Ability to relay information with confidence and seek support from peers when required
- Good attention to detail and ability to use business systems to steer decision making
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active 'can do' approach
- Good team worker and player
- Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Competent in learning new operating systems
- Professional and presentable
- Reliable, flexible, and friendly
- Preferably at least one year’s experience working within property lettings
- Current legal right to work in the UK

£23,500 per annum
