About the role
Making a difference in the manufacturing sector through research and convening.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to support manufacturing ecosystem development, worker ownership transitions, and early warning network strategies
- Aid in drafting and formatting policy briefs, training materials, reports, and presentations
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up action items for advisory groups and partner meetings
- Organize digital files and administrative records related to programs and grants
- Support data entry, document review, and quality assurance processes
- Auxiliary in coordinating internal meetings and occasional stakeholder engagements with community and industry partners
Requirements
- Weekly commitment of 3-5 hours
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
- Interest in manufacturing, economic development, nonprofit administration, or public policy
